MainStreet Covenant once again took our Easter service on the road to bless seniors with Easter hope! This year we did two services at Lake Minnetonka Shores (Presbyterian Homes). This year was extra special as all three of my kids — Abby, Isaak and Peter — participated in the service. Peter on the piano, Abby singing, and Isaak reading Scripture. For the message, I did a dramatic reading of my short story, “The Naked Truth About Easter.” (You can listen to an audio presentation or purchase a copy of the book.)

Pastor John Cordova and the residents at Lake Minnetonka Shores were welcoming as always, and grateful for us being there. It’s a joy to be living out our MainStreet’s original vision of bringing Jesus and his message beyond the walls in this special way. Here’s a short highlight video:
