This is week 2 of a 3-week Lent journey to a fuller understanding of the Cross and the Christian life. My foundational “CrossRoad” series from 2019 has been distilled into six short beautifully illustrated videos. This week we explore the wise foolishness of the Apostle Paul and the temptations of Jesus that face us all.

CrossRoad 3: Wise Foolishness

The Apostle Paul contends that one must become a “fool” by earthly standards to attain the profound, hidden wisdom and power of God and the cross.

CrossRoad 4: Temptations

By refusing to use economic miracles, religious stunts, or political violence when tempted by the Devil, Christ chose the difficult “CrossRoad” over easier paths to authority.
